These terms describe use of the Cushion Foundation Sourcing inquiry pages. The site is an independent sourcing partner. It does not sell warehouse stock and it does not appoint itself as a factory or authorised distributor.

Inquiries and quotes

A submitted form is a request that we may circulate to factories. Factory quotes, certificates, packing lists and lead times belong to the named supplier and the named configuration. No published sentence is a binding price, MOQ or delivery promise.

Eligibility language

FREE sourcing support and up to 3% apply only after we review product, quantity, destination and sourcing requirements for qualified business buyers. Nothing on this site is a guaranteed saving, lowest price or time-limited offer.

Acceptable use

Do not submit false company identities or use the form to request consumer retail listings that cannot be compared as commercial cushion foundation purchases. We may decline a brief that lacks a readable product form.

Liability

We are not responsible for factory production defects, destination labeling compliance, or commercial acceptance decisions that sit outside the written cushion scope.
