Fields we ask for

Name, work email and a written requirement are required. Company, phone, optional budget and supplier preference may be included. Budget and preference are buyer notes, not verified supplier ratings.

How fields may be used

When a production endpoint exists, we may circulate the restated specification to factories so they can quote the same cushion foundation configuration, quantity and destination. We do not sell inquiry data as a marketing list on these pages.

What we do not collect here

The form does not add file-upload fields or extra backend names. Destination should be a US state or postal code for the order, not an unrelated personal home address.
